Do you have a storefront?

We do not have a storefront. Keeps the overhead low & it allows us to reach more people.

We are however based out of Houston, Texas.

I have discount code, where do enter it?

To enter your checkout code, you will need to be in the checkout portion of the order process.  If you are ordering from your cell phone, you will need to click "Show Order Summary" to enter the code.

You can enter your code within the cart and it will automatically make the adjustment to the cost for you.  If the discount code is not working, please contact us through the message link on our website and we will fix it for you right away.

I ordered something, when will it be delivered?

ach product is processed and delivered based on individual suppliers.  We try our best to list the shipping ETA on each product however we ask that you allow 2-3 weeks as a general ETA unless otherwise listed. 

Don't worry, we are tracking your package right along with you because we want to make sure that you get your delivery in a timely manner.  You can use the order tracker page to get status on your delivery.  

Returns & Refunds

Return or Refund Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days shipment receipt date.

Garments must be in their original unworn condition with all tags attached.

We cannot take back worn or washed merchandise.

All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for a return or exchange.

All promo items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange or cash value.

Internal orders are not eligible for exchanges.

All face masks and swimsuits are final sale for health and safety reasons.

Damages or Defects

We are so sorry you received a less than perfect item.  Please email us atinfo@spunkandfire.comwith the subject "HELP, my ______ (fill in blank with item) is Damaged (or Defective) and we'll be happy to help you.

We know that may seem like a lot to do but we will use that info to talk with our suppliers as well to ensure you receive exactly what you ordered the next go around and that they can address any issues beforehand.

Either way, we'll take care of it.

How do I start a return or exchange

Visit the Returns Center to initiate a return.  Return shipping is pre-paid for domestic US customers.  International customers outside of the US are responsible for return shipping costs.  Please note that international orders are not eligible for exchanges.

Returns to a original form of payment incure a $9.95 restocking charge.  Refunds generally take 3-5 business days to process, depending on your financial instituion.  

Returns for store credit and exchanges are free!

All you need is an order number and your email address used when you placed the order.  At that point, you just follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.  You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.

What items are returnable?

You can request a return within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.

Clothing, must be unworn, unwashed and unworn.

In the original packaging with the original tags attached.

Unfortunately, free gifts, promotional items, clearance or sale items, face masks or swimwear are not returnable or refundable.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 3-5 business days depending on your financial institution.
